Chemistry Rocks! (ha ha) Wolfram's Periodic Table

http://www.periodictable.com/index.html You've got to check out this page from our friends at Mathematica that shows pictures of actual elements! It's interactive on the internet!
I know more about Chemistry now than I probably did in high school, thanks to studying it diligently for 8 hours on Friday while Barry was working, and again on Sunday for a few hours just to refresh my brain!

Wow! that chart is a thing of beauty and fascination. Having loved chemistry classes in years long gone by I am tempted to delve in and see if anything I learned will come back. It seems to me that all we learned about the periotic table was names and abreviations and had to write brief reports on many of the elements - I used our encyclopedias (circa 1905 - given to us by neighbors) for my "research".

Interesting -- I would love to see those encyclopedias now -- My oldest (when I had a gazillion books) were from during WW II and the article on the war said that Hitler was winning.
