Hello All!
I am thankful this evening for breezes and birds singing and dancing all over the back yard celebrating 20 pounds of bird seed in four feeders and on the ground here and there! As I was working at home earlier today I couldn't believe the music coming from right outside my window here in Rocklin.
We have brought the cat once owned by Barry's deceased sister, Debra, to our home in Rocklin. He is doing pretty well and definitely enjoying "kitty tv" (watching birds).
Last Sunday we got to have grandson Terry over for a good part of the day. We enjoyed some sawing of cedar branches, felling of trees, dipping ourselves in the pool, and going to the Constitution Day Parade. At the end of the parade we got to march down Broad Street with the Ophir Prison Band -- perfect since Terry was asking if he could be IN the parade.
I am also so very thankful for getting to see and spend some time with Brian and Sarah. That was a very long drive for a very few hours up here, and I appreciate them so much for making the effort on a holiday weekend! My cup runneth over.
