Barry's folks' house and yard are cleaned up (over 4 tons to recycling, yard waste, and the dump) and on the market as of Thursday morning at 12:01am. As of Friday we had an offer for full asking price ($650,000) with 30% down! On Sunday the realtor will host an Open House. There has been incredible interest and many, many agents and their clients have been through the house and looking around the property (.91 acre). One man told Barry that it was obvious that the yard had been well-loved for many years. (We just gave it extra lovin' since August 6th, when we came back to the USA!)

I know how many hours you have put in - along with Barry and Jen. You all deserve a s[ecoa; star on upur crowns. Having seen the former view of the backyard I am really imnpressed! M
