Pretty amazing... it's hard to believe that the lawn could "take" and grow/thrive so quickly. I'm sure it helped sell the house... it looks so good!

The pictures are small, but you can see the success of the lawn that Jen planted in Napa -- before, bare dirt with many small red rocks brought in years ago when more parking was needed -- after, lovely and green!
